I cut out the sections then stuck onto an A4 card starting from the left,leaving a small gap between cut outs,cut around the shape as seen.

I then added glitter onto the dress ,stars,flowers and leaves. folded card as seen then added black peel offs along the top of card and at the bottem on the middle section
