New catagory just added with lots of designs. Really lovely cards. This envelope will take 2 sheets of paper to make and will fit the card made by myself. I don't know if it will fit cards made by other designers

Printed this pattern on regular copy paper and then used it as a template to cut out 2 copies on patterned scrapbook paper.
Cut off side tabs and bottom tab on one copy. Scored and folded remaining sheet with tabs.
In under 5 minutes, I had a 7.25 by 7 inch gorgeous envelope. Thrifty and handy!
