Panels printed on glossy photo paper. Added a strip of wallpaper to the back of the panels leaving a small space between panels. I made the white Roses into 3D with foam dots and added crystal rhinestones to center of roses.

Added heat embossed message to center panel with punched butterflies in silver and blue metallic foil cardstock. On side panels I added pink Roses in 3D with punched green leaves on left and silver leaves on right panel.

I matted the individual panels on cardstock for stability.
