Printed and cut out design to make 3 tag-shaped toppers. Punched a hole at the top of each one and threaded silver ribbon through. Each topper was then secured to a green or red 'Merry Christmas' base card with foam pads.

By reducing the image size before printing would also make nice gift tags.
