Printed this Beautiful Design onto Gloss Photo Paper. Attached the Topper to a Pretty Cream Patterned Matte and then to a Pretty White card using DST. I used Thick Foam Pads to add the Decoupage. I Stuck a Pretty Lilac colored Bow, to the Top of the card.
