I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the skirt. I layered it onto a silver square card base and added silver glitter peel-offs for a border. Finally I used faux gems in the corners and on the dress.

This gorgeous image could be used for a wedding, a sympathy card or a young girl making her debut or flying to distant places.
