Cut our and made up decopage bells - sprayed with spray glue and applied fine glitter - attached to backing sheet supplied with decoupage and then mounted on silver metallic card, attached to card then attached to pearlised wedding card- using a fine glue pen also added glitter to scrolling on the side -added greetings, also mounted on silver metallic card and small embellishments to complete
