Romantic Moment Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Angela Styles

A very delicately coloured design.I printed this at half size on to CUP glossy card.I mounted the base image on to a shaped card blank.I added the decoupage elements with foam pads.I finished by adding a sentiment and card candi.A lovely and different result!
