This sheet is for the birds and heart, so you can make up your own card.

I cut out the birds and decoupaged them together to form a 3 D image then stuck them with sticky foam pads to the bottom corner of a square card, I then did my own glittery design over the rest of the card to give it a slight fantasy look.
