Gold Rose Art Deco Divine Frame Stained Glass Window - Decoupage Card Toppers Completed by Elena Pavlova

I printed the sheets onto luster photo paper. I cut out all the elements. Using double side adhesive tape I attached the decoupages to the card. I added the glossy accents onto the rose petals - for showing glass-like shining and the volume.
