Congratulations WeddingCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I chose some white with silver markings on for the backing paper and stuck it on to card stock. I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to the card and assembled the decoupage.

I added the "Congratulations" message on the bottom centre.
