I mounted the card topper on a Dark Grey Metallic DL Gatefold base, which I had previously printed onto 160gm smooth card and cut from the sheet and had mounted on a similiar colour cardboard with DST.

Then I decourpaged the other elements on top, using foam DST to raise them. I added a copper colour accent on the butterflies using liquid pearls and used Platinum Stickles to highlight the edge of the sentiment.

I finished off the corners of the base layer with a gold liquid pearl dot in each corner to look like a brad.

Inside on the other gatefold edge I punched out a heart shaped border and added more Platinum Stickles to look like dimontees at various intervals along the border.
