I printed the decoupage sheet onto a matt photo and cut out all the elements. I built up the decoupage with foam pads and glue gel, and then mounted the complete topper onto a 7x7 card blank.
Glitter and gems were used to decorate.
This is a beautifully designed card and very simple to make.
