I cut out elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted butterflies only in middle so wings could curl up. I added glitter to butterflies and flowers. I added white pearls to dress and small flower centers.

Lastly I used rhinestone tape around entire outer edge to really glam up. this card really sparkles in real life
