Matte topper onto a contrast piece of cardstock. Use a corner punch and add a gem at each corner. Attach to card blank. Assemble decoupage - I printed 2 sheets for extra flowers which I used on computer generated sentiments. Highlight flowers and ribbon on cake with pearlised glitter glue.
