Vintage Espressions Card Topper 2Completed by Susan P. B.

Copied to premium Kodak photo paper, cut out all the elememts. Prepared base card with d.s.t. I then layered up the decoupage using foam pads cut to size. Chose blank tag to add a greeting later.

I used white card to matt the card after I had applied a border using glue to stick it. The border is bronze card which I had punched flowers out of and saved for this sort of use. This is a real classy design and the background is superb, it all blends very well.
