I chose a paper backing sheet that I thought went well with the topper and overlaid the corners of the backing with a transparent Victorian design, I trimmed this with a little peel off in gold.

Decoupaged the tag and mounted it on a mirror card frame and also the sentiment panel, I mounted both with 2mm foam pads and attached the happy birthday.

Pretty card for a friend.
