The White Cotton DressCompleted by Rae Trees

I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white mat and then onto a coordinating coloured card.

I assembled the elements with foam pads and added the sentiment and a bow. Finished with some silver decorative edging. Beautiful design.
