Pink Polka Dot Dress and Roses TopperCompleted by Bettina Jensen

I have printed the design on good quality photo paper, cut all the parts, rounded edges of the roses and assembled with foams pads.

The subject is put on a piece of off-white cardboard as a frame and then a piece of pink cardstock as the basecard.

I have decorated with a little glitter glue on the roses and a double bow on the dress
