I printed the sheet on to good quality photo paper and cut out the 4 toppers. I used a large fancy edged card, layered some pearlised green card on to it and then placed the toppers, fixing all with dst.
I added a vertical happy birthday peel off sentiment down the centre, used 2 pink flower gems and also two matching flowers with beads on the front.
A silver elastic bow down the spine completed this card for me.
