Lilac Cotton Dress Topper with LayersCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a base card in a matching Darker Lilac colour and glued the main design on to it. I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiment on with CUP´s Sticky pads STIX2.
