I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
This gorgeous card is now ready for the greeting of your choice.

After I printed the sheet on a good quality of paper, I clipped out all the elements. Layered with 3D pads on a 12 x 12 cm card. Decorate with gems. Lovely sheet.
