I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only to give the skirt definition.

I added the butterflies using a blob of silicone glue.
