French Flair Paris Fashion Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Angela Styles

I printed this lovely vintage themed card at half size on to CUP glossy paper.I mounted a small doilly on to a card blank.I then mounted the base image on top.I added the decoupage elements with foam pads.I added part of the Paris title from the design and a stamped greeting to complete.
