Beautiful Navy Blue and White Dress TopperCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on to CUP´s Premium Gloss 250 gsm Craft Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a White base card and glued the main design on to it. I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads.

I had my own Sentiment because it didn´t come with the design. I also put a butterflie by the Sentiment down in the left corner. A Quick and easy Beautiful design that I recomend to all of you! I love it! So Beautiful with the Navy and old fashioned Pink together! I recomend this design to all of you!
