I cut out the blue lady from Vintage Ladies sheet. From my stash I found sea themed card background. I attached the blue lady on top of it. I trimmed about 8-10 millimeters from each side of the striped background sheet.

Then I added two stripes, which I had cut from the top and bottom, to the left and right side, to make another set of blue and white frames.

I made a larte base card from white cardstock. I added a slightly smaller blue textured (uneven stripes) piece of cardstock on top of it. I attached the topper into it with two sided tape. As a decoration I chose blue ribbon with gold rims.

I made a bow of it and attached a plastic anchor into it. To hide the anchor cord I added a star shaped blue rhinestone in the middle of the bow. To the topper corners I added some gold coloured decorations. Then I glued some small blue rhinestones on top of them.
