Printed the sheet out on heavy matte photo paper. Cut out the topper base and all the decoupage pieces. I attach the topper base to mirri board mat using double stick tape and then use double stick tape to attach it to a card base.

I use foam sticky pads to add the decoupage pieces. Card makes up really quickly and would be great for a variety of occasions.
