I printed these great toppers out on to good quality super smooth card after resizing them. I added dark blue pearl card, then punched down the sides of a piece of pale blue pearl card and attached them to a white pearl A5 card.

The two toppers were mounted on to very pale blue glitter card and trimmed around the edge. The first one was added flat, with the second one having some string wrapped around and added raised up using pinflair glue.

I finished off by adding silver rope effect peel offs down the sides.
