Thank You Nurse Toppers
Make great Thank You cards for nurses or to send Best Wishes for a new job, promotion, birthday or any other occasion.
The sheet has a female nurse with easy decoupage layers, syringe, thermometer, and various greetings panels to let you make any style of card (makes a great step card! - please have a look at my other sheets in this range including A4 patterned papers to let you print a base card)

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper and cut out the elements. I chose the 3 pieces as shown for this acrd and backed the 2 captions with card.
I cut 2 strips of cup244208 Medical BG Syringe & Thermometer and added them to an A5 card as shown, finishing the edges with narrow blue peel off borders.
Then I added the 2 captions and the nurse to the card as shown adding the layers to the nurse using sticky pads.
