Here is another uniquely shaped topper & coordinated tea bag folding tiles. The tiles are a bit larger for more complex designs - just print the sheet twice. This makes up in a jiffy & looks awesome.

I printed my design out onto a quality paper which I could fold easily. I chose a navy leather look base card and placed my centre design onto the card. I chose a design which would use 4 teabag papers which I attached to the centre of the design.
I added diamente brads to finish off.
