I printed the sheet onto 120gsm white card, and decoupaged using foam pads. The topper was added to 5x7 rose embossed white card base, and Happy Birthday sentiment. The card was finished off with 3d pink flower, butterflies, foliage, gems and a sprinkling of glitter.
