Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. After cutting out all the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a Pearl Sheen Card. I then used foam pads to add the Decoupage. I stuck some Gold Edging around the Topper, and put some Pink Glitter on aspects of the Flowers.

A stunning design, and makes into a Beautiful Card.
