I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I attached the background paper and the border to the card using double sided tape.

I layered the picture onto gold mirror board and attached the picture to the card using thin foam tape. I attached the greeting to the card also with thin foam tape.
