Paris Chic Wine Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Audrey Wilson

I printed onto smooth white card then cut out,I matted the base design to a co-ordinating pearl card then added this to a blank scalloped card,then added the decoupage with foam pads.Lots of lovely detail on this super design.
