Happy Birthday Brushstroke Card ToppersCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out 2 of the sheets onto matt card and matted the base layer onto gold mirror card and mounted it to the base card with foam tape.

I decoupaged the elements I wanted to use with foam pads and I embellished with a paper flower posy, printed tag and stickles for some sparkle.
