Friends Forever Birthday topper

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

There is also a matching insert available for this card - cup805507_1881. If you buy this card it comes with the insert already attached to the inside.
