Flowers Bouquet Toppers.Completed by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto matt card and matted it onto silver holographic mirror card and mounted it to the base image with foam tape.

I base frame was from another project.

I embellished with a die cut dragonfly, printed greeting, decoupaged bow, lots of gems and stickles glitter glue for sparkle.
