Cute Card ToppersCompleted by Margaret Swann

I printed this on Crafty Bob's glossy photo paper then mounted it on white textured sparkly backing paper, using double sided tape, before attaching it to a card blank. I finished it off by adding blue pearls along the lace.

A really cute and very quick card to make.
