Bright Blooms Frame Card Topper Completed by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto gloss photo paper. DST was used to adhere the Topper to a white scalloped edge card. Foam pads were used to add the decoupage. I punched a hole in the gift card element where indicated and threaded a gold ribbon through the hole and tied a knot.

This is such a lovely bright design.
