Printed on matte photo paper. I cut out the backing paper, scored and folded it, then attached it to a white card with a scalloped border with DST.

I cut out the square floral piece and mounted it onto white card with DST, then cut around the shape to form a narrow white border.

Attached it to the card front by placing narrow 3D foam strips along the sides and bottom. I used a glue stick to attach the two tag sections together, used a peel-off sentiment on the back section, added a white ribbon, and tucked it into the pocket.
