I printed onto smooth white card,then cut out, having matted a blank card with peach pearl paper to tone I added the base design then added the decoupage with foam pads,I finished by adding blue gemstone flowers to the toppers and suspended a gemstone from the greeting,these really are awesome toppers so very effective love the colours.
