Art Nouveau Mermaid #3 A5 TopperCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Cut out both elements and used DST to attach the Topper to a Blue A5 card. I then used foam pads, to add the Decoupage element.

I put Silver stick on edging around the Topper and Put tiny crystal gems on the Bubbles, and some Glitter on aspects of Mermaid.

This is a lovely design, and makes into a great card.
