Art Deco Topper with Tea Bag TilesCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

I printed two copies of the topper and sentiments on matte photo paper, and two copies of the tiles on plain paper (my medallion required 8 squares).

I used dst to adhere the base image to a white card, then cut out the second copy, eliminating the outer black and white panels.

I layered this one onto the base image with foam pads-also the sentiment. I finished my teabag medallion with a deco-shaped fancy brad, and added peel-off borders and diamond-shaped bling. Very striking, unique design and beautiful colors.
