Afternoon Tea and Chocolate Cake Topper with Decoupage Completed by Gillian Birch

This is a lovely decoupage topper featuring chocolate cake and delicate china teacups. I printed it at 30% to get a smaller 3" (7cm) topper.

I made a 5x5" card blank from stripy card (so it is stripy back and front!) I added the topper and used foam pads to add layers 1, 2 and 4.

I saved image 3 (teacups) and used to it decorate the inside (picture). The kit has several sentiments but here I added my own brown Happy Birthday stamp
