'Congratulations' 'Best Wishes' and a couple of blanks for your own greetings

I covered card stock with pink rose backing paper and stuck on the base card. I then decoupaged the rings, rose bouquet and the pink bow. I then decoupaged the two white bows at either side in the middle.
I added the "Congratulations" tag at the bottom left side and added pink gem to it.
