I printed the sheet ont o decoupage paper and cut it out. I stuck the topper to a red mirri card and added the decoupage layer. with soam pads. I decorated it with small gold hearts and gold border peeloffs before adding the greeting.

I will add glitter to finish it off. This sheet makes a lovely Valentine card quickly and easily.
