Red Rose Post CardCompleted by Giselle Topper

I've made two variations of this glorious sheet - to show it can be made into an elegant card or a more casual card - very versatile for a number of occasions.

The front card, is printed onto glossy photo paper. I cut out all the elements and decourpaged them using foam tape onto the base topper before mounting with DST onto gold pearlescent cardstock to create the card base. I then added the gold peel-off border along two of the edges to finish it off. The design warrants minimal embellishment, and still looks stunning.

The card in the background, was printed onto white smooth cardstock - I cut out all the elements and undertook the same procedure as the previous card but this time, adhering the base topper onto a cafe latte cardstock to match the postcard - added a red and gold bow (which I glued on with craft glue), added 3 gold peel-off corners which have a heart shape (using the press-out hearts from the corners to accentuate the message) and a few cluster dots around the rose design. Hope you like them both.
