After cutting out the base topper and elements, I adhered the heart and roses with foam tape to the base topper.

I added the gold Liquid Pearl dots to the side detail and bottom of the design and a few Ruby Red Liquid Pearl dots onto the red background of the design and the "Be My Valentine" Sentiment tag.

I adhered the base topper with DST onto a gold pearlescent cardstock and created the card base. Now all that is required is a lovely verse inside. Would be equally exquisite for any of the other occasions on the remaining sentiment tags also.
