The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used a 6x6 white square scalloped card blank as my base. I attached a piece of glittered hearts backing paper to the front and I also used a red doily heart attached to one corner.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of blue card and decoupaged the LOVE to give dimension and attached at an angle.

I used card candy and red organza ribbon to decorate.
