Valentine Hearts Topper with Bow 2Completed by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

Try as I may I could not get my printer to print the gorgeous purple colour of the design.
